Booking & payment methods
Your reservation is confirmed after selecting and arranging the payment method, which can be, in cash during your stay, by bank transfer or by debit or credit card.
We cannot guarantee any booking without arranging payment.
Your payment can be done in the following ways:
- To prepay the total value of your reservation.
- To pay an advance 50% of the total value of your stay by bank transfer, and the remaining amount can be deposited in the same account before your arrival or settled upon arrival or before your departure, in cash.
- To pay in cash during your stay. In this case, your credit card details are required as a guarantee, no charge will be made and the total value of your stay can be settled upon arrival or before your departure, in cash.
Visa, MasterCard cards are accepted.
In case you do not want to make a pre-payment, you are welcome to call us on your arrival and we'll be happy to serve you in case there are currently available rooms / apartments.
The booking dates may be changed subject to availability.
Policies on children and additional beds, pets
All children are welcome. Those up to 2 years old stay free of charge using existing bedding.
The rooms cannot accommodate extra beds.
Pets are not allowed.
Cancellation Policy
Please call Reservations on +30 22460-72559 or +30 6997-517517 to cancel your reservation.
If a reservation is cancelled:
- 30 days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, no fee is charged.
- 29 - 11 days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, 50% of the total amount of the reservation is charged.
- 10 days or less prior to the arrival of the client- visitor, 100% of the total amount of the reservation is charged.
- In case of no-show of the client- visitor, 100% of the total amount of the reservation is charged.
- In case of departure prior to scheduled date of the client-visitor, 100% of the total cost of the stay is charged.
Taxes
VAT and City taxes included in our rates.
The enviromental tax of 1.50€ per night is payable at the end of your stay.
