Booking & Pre-payments
A pre-payment amounting the cost of 50% of the total rent, guarantee to a client the booking of the chosen apartment.
The pre-payment makes part of the total cost and is deducted at the final settlement.
The booking dates may be changed subject to availability. You are required to pay in full on the day of arrival or departure, the pre-payment deducted from the total.
An apartment can be booked only after the pre-payment is received. After receiving the pre-payment we will send to you a booking confirmation with indication of the apartment code and its details. We cannot guarantee any booking without a pre-payment. In case you do not want to make a pre-payment, you are welcome to call us on your arrival and we'll be happy to help you in case there are unoccupied rooms / apartments at the moment.

Policies on children and additional beds, pets
All children are welcome. Those under 10 years stay free of charge using existing bedding.
The rooms cannot accommodate extra beds.
Pets are not allowed.

If a reservation is cancelled:
- 30 days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, no fee is charged.
- 29 - 10 days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, 50% of the total amount of the reservation is charged.
- 9 days or less prior to the arrival of the client- visitor, 100% of the total amount of the reservation is charged.
- In case of no-show of the client- visitor, 100% of the total amount of the reservation is charged.
- In case of departure prior to scheduled date of the client-visitor, 100% of the total cost of the stay is charged.
